Shipments and returns
Your shipment package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
If you spend more than 50 euros, shipping will be free for private clients (valid only in Italy).
Return, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are possible if
- you are not satisfied with the product
- if the product is damaged
- not what you ordered
please contact us at info@maurobigiotterie.it within 10 days upon receiving your order and we will inform you what to do next.
The shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer and the product must be in its original state when they have received.
